Graham & Spencer

In 2006, Jenny Graham and Toni Spencer, designers and creators of Velvet, long known for its t-shirts and dresses, introduced the new luxury collection, Graham and Spencer.  Graham and Spencer adds something contemporary and luxurious, yet young and hip at the same time to the marketplace.

Graham and Spencer’s focus is on new shapes and as well as the contrast of texture.  The materials include, a soft, light-weight fleece contrasted with silk charmeuse, silk habotai and feather weight laundered wool.  The collection includes an array of dresses, skirts, tunic, leggings, jackets and coats.  The palette is entirely and deliberately neutral: black, charcoal, ink and chocolate informed by touches of butter and snow. 

The designers say Graham and Spencer was created with an ideal girl in mind.  She's an adventurer; she's beautiful, young and chic in an unstudied way.  She can wear anything she wants, buy anything she wants, and she has unbelievable style.  She is sophisticated, iconoclastic, and travels extensively.  She is bright, funny and artistic, and is always invited to the best parties.  She is a person who leads.  Her life is extraordinary.
